Equity Portfolio Investment

We maintain a portfolio of equity securities as our long-term investment. We invest our own capital in companies that provides extrordinary products and services. Our goal is to earn stable dividend income and capital gains over a multi-year time horizon.

We believe if a company is able to provide excellent services its own success will follow. We believe in long-term investing and we add good business to our portfolio at a reasonable price. We like business with bright growth prospects only when it is not overpriced.

We conduct extensive bottom-up research before we invest. Our research efforts give us confidence to invest like running our own business, thus enable us to hold onto our core holdings even during economic downturns. We are committed to add good companies to our portfolio even during very bad times and we anticipate these extrordinary business will bring to us a better future.
